We enjoy making Mondays Mystical! Join us at POST HTX Skylawn for our Full Moon Sound Meditation.
This experience is an invitation to intentionally check in with your mind, body, and spirit. Through the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and other harmonic instruments, we will create space to soften, release what no longer serves us, and welcome renewed energy, clarity, and peace.
Come as you are. Bring a yoga mat or blanket, settle beneath the evening sky, and allow yourself to simply receive.
