Surrounded by the energy of community and the beauty of the evening sky, allow yourself a sacred moment of stillness as healing frequencies guide you into deeper relaxation, reflection, and energetic realignment.

Through the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other sacred sound instruments, this session is intentionally curated to create a calming environment for the mind and body. Sound meditation may support relaxation, stress reduction, mindfulness, emotional reflection, and an overall sense of well-being.
