In honor of 713 Day, we invite you to experience a moment of peace in the heart of Houston.

Led by Houston Healer and Reginald Adams, this community sound meditation is an opportunity to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself while celebrating the resilience, diversity, and spirit of our city. Through crystal singing bowls, harmonic instruments, and guided meditation, we'll create a shared space where healing begins within each of us and radiates outward.

We believe that when one person chooses to elevate their energy, they inspire those around them to do the same. As individuals rise, communities become stronger, relationships deepen, and together we contribute to a more compassionate, connected Houston.
