Under the Full Moon, we gather for a Sacral Chakra sound journey to release stored emotions and restore creative flow. Sound meditation pairs with lunar energy to calm the nervous system, soften tension, and support emotional balance and renewal.

A yoga mat (required)
A blanket or pillow for extra comfort
