About the event
Welcome to your monthly sanctuary at POST HTX. Selestial Sacred Sound Sessions offers a space where you can pause, breathe, and nourish your mind, body, and spirit through the therapeutic vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other sacred instruments.
Sound healing has been embraced by many as a practice for promoting deep relaxation, easing stress, encouraging mindfulness, and creating a sense of balance and renewal. Whether you are beginning your wellness journey or returning for your monthly reset, each session is thoughtfully curated to leave you feeling refreshed, grounded, and restored.
