This session will tap into the Full Moon’s energy, amplifying our intentions and deepening the healing process. The Root Chakra, located at the base of the spine, is the foundation of our physical and emotional well-being. When balanced, it provides a strong sense of security, grounding, and stability. It allows us to feel connected to the Earth and our purpose, empowering us to stand tall and face life’s challenges with confidence.
